Using the Bible for Credit in the State of Florida

Workshop:  23 May 2009 at 11 AM at FPEA

Soon this page will give all the information needed to earn high school credit through the State of Florida for studying the Bible while using Balancing the Sword.

If you've not already done so, please begin to sample the Balancing the Sword books to get a better feel for the books.  Here is a listing of the classes which are available.

Your child may begin reading and using Balancing the Sword immediately.  It is recommended that you use New King James Version (NKJV); although; other translations are acceptable.  Your child should feel an appropriate challenge from the translation.  That is, a children's Bible should not be used by a proficient 12th grader.  In some cases, it would be most helpful to increase the challenge by using the King James Version (KJV).  Keep record of your child's time invested.

Course Materials

  • Balancing the Sword (using all functions including software for itinerary
  • Bible on DVD or CD
  • The Indestructible Book DVD (4 -Hour History of the Bible)
  • Study Bible (the translation of your choice)
  • Strong's Concordance (available freely on-line)

Please return soon.

Yours,

Allen B. Wolfe
